Poor! He stated the heat pump was clean and in good operating condition. Upon having the unit inspected by a second company, the unit was in deplorable shape. The sheet metal ductwork was not attached to the unit and the return air had NO ductwork attached or even near the filter.

He explained all the procedures and showed me the readings before and after servicing. Very professional. I plan on him being my regular HVAC service tech.
