DO NOT CALL THIS MAN!!!!!! We called him on the 13th of November. He showed up that night and looked at the TV, took it apart and looked at the panels on the backof the tv. Told us his computer crashed and he went and bought a new one and had to go set it up and would call us the next day with an estimate!! He did not call, so we called him...he told us he had to go buy a new computer because his crashed and that is where he was all day. Thursday NO call...Friday we went and bought a new TV!! Two weeks later and we have not heard from him. My husband got on the internet with a tech support for the company that made the TV. After two days of discussion, we ordered a new part and should receive it any day now. We will have a working TV for $50.00 and we did all the work. DO NOT CALL THIS MAN!!!!!!!!!!
Description of Work: DO NOT CALL THIS MAN!! The only good thing about this company is that he showed up the day he said he would...after that no go. He took the back off the TV wrote down a few notes and left.
