FLOORING CENTER

I started our search for tile in January. This was the first place I went to and found the tile I liked and we got a ball park estimate for flooring and heating. My husband and set out to get a better prices and find tile was liked, that was cheaper. We finally made our decision right after the Home Show. We went in and ordered the tile and flooring and put down a deposit. There were several factors involved with our decision, knowledge of product, truth in descriptions of needed products, helpful tips, proximity and likability.We had found similar tile slightly cheaper but nothing we liked better for less money. My husband and I are fans of shopping locally with small businesses when we can. This was not the cheapest place but it is the one we chose. Everyone we spoke to in the store was very helpful and in fact the day we made our order the regional rep for the heated floors was in the store. Brittany was the greatest! Brittany called a few days later and left a message she had made a calculation error and the cost would be cheaper please call. I didn't bother returning the cal,l I figured we would work it out when we picked up the order and paid the remainder. You could have knocked me over with a feather we found out there was a $700 credit on the order. We had priced supplies all over the area and were okay with the price quoted. I so very pleased with the honesty of this store. We had been quoted full retail which is not the normal store pricing. This new price brought the supplies in line with the cheapest estimate we had received but without the drive. Fantastic people to do business with. We have all of our supplies and at this moment are completing the plumbing work. Everything we ordered came in a week or less, well within the time frame given to us by Brittany.
