DRAIN RIGHT GUTTERING

The installation took 5 weeks from date of estimate. The install itself was frustrating in that screws are driven through the bottom of gutter beds and sealant is globbed around the gutter cutouts making an obstruction for the water. The company will have the salesman call you to tell you this is standard. When replacing gutters, look at what you have, look at ither houses and ask how your gutters will look upon completion.

Did a great job. They had to come out and change the flow direction on one downspout. Said they would have someone out the next day, but it was 2 days. Other than that, we'd surely use again. Don't remember the exact price because we had additional work done and it was a package deal.

It went well, had to have them review the billing where they were going to charge me for fascia board they ended up not replacing (it was not rotten like they thought on the original quote).

The work was as described in the initial verbal and written quote. As requested, the downspouts were placed in a "lower-profile" position. All representatives that I had contact with were easy to talk to, understood my requests, and performed appropriately. The time frame of service was within the window quoted.

Initial visit and quote was good but it took over 2 months to complete the work with no communication on the time frame. It wasn't until I called to cancel the job did they get someone out the next week. I left multiple voicemails which were never returned. The price was slightly above average from other quotes but based on the first visit I believed it would come with better service. My biggest complaint was the poor communication.

Drain Right replaced the gutters and downspouts, did a very good job and  were very professional and friendly. There were a few minor problems after the installation that they promptly addressed. Price was better than others who quoted the work. Overall good experience

I called for a quote.  They sent out a guy named Jimmy.  He was waiting on me when I return from work.  He'd already walked around my house and was preparing his quote.  I thought it was a fair price so I agreed (mostly because he seemed to know what he was doing).  In addition to the gutters I had two corner soffits pieces that needed replacement, and he said that would not be a problem.  I had to wait about 4 weeks because they were booked.  Glad I waited.  The new gutters are pretty big.. much bigger than the old gutters.  They also installed leaf guards which I've never had before.  They look good... heavy metal with small holes in them.  Also the soffit damage they repaired looks very good.  For me this was the right choice.

I called Drain Right, made an appointment for noon today. JImmy was here early checking out the situation. It didn't take him long to find the problem. He said my gutters were perfect and that It was a roof problem, not gutters, and he explained how to correct it. He even took pictures and sent them to us by email which we can use. He was very nice and friendly, a professional. I asked how much he charged for the diagnosis and he said and quot;just a thank youand quot;, which I eagerly gave. I definitely will call them again if I have a problem with my gutters.

Jimmy came out gave estimate. Said it would be about 5 weeks before can install.because of work load. Five weeks later they were here. Crew did excellent job and very professional. Couple weeks later had a small problem and called them . They responsed in a couple days and fixed the problem.Well pleased with price and installation.
