It went very well. He underbid a "name" HVAC contractor by quite a bit yet did a thoroughly satisfactory job. This is the second job Matt Decker has done for me and he got this one because of the first one. Hopefully that earlier review is still on Angie's List. He even worked on a Saturday to accommodate the tenant in the rental house.
