Matt had washed our home a couple years ago and I wrote a review for his work. He came to our home this time at the scheduled time and pressured washed our home again. He took care to remove plants and ornaments that might be damaged. Matt did not hurry the job. He was meticulous and personable as the first time. I will call him again as he is a fine young, hard working man.

Matt quickly returned my call to set up a time for an estimate. He arrived promptly and gave us a very fair estimate for the work. He was able to set up a time for the work within a week, and then called to let me know he could do the job at an earlier day than expected due to a cancellation. We set up the time; and again, he was prompt, and was ready to work. He did an excellent job on the house. The siding looked brand new when he was finished. I am very pleased and will definitely use his pressure washing service again. I would highly recommend him to others.

Matt came to our home to give an estimate after I called him. His was the most reasonable of three other estimates. He responded to our call for acceptance of his quote. Called before coming to assure that someone would be home. He arrived on time. He came to me after a couple hours of work and said that the wind was high and countering his work. He asked if he could come back to finish the job. We agreed together and he returned as agreed. He spent another four to five hours doing a splendid job. He went out of his way to remove a decorative wreath from the entrance walk-way that held a small bird sitting on eggs. He protected the wreath without disturbing the mother bird. When he returned it to the side of the house, he saw three baby birds waiting to be fed. When we checked again, the mother was back feeding the chicks. I praised him for his polite demeanor and professionalism. He may be young, but he learned the business by helping his father for several years. He exceeded my expectations based upon a previous house cleaning five years ago. He did not try to sell himself, he showed his value by his concern for detail when estimating and doing the job. His price was $75.00 lower than the other bids. He is welcome at our home any time.
