COLDWELL BANKER

We absolutely love and adore her.  We had moved to an area 8 years ago and she was our real estate agent then.  We have moved three times since then and every time, she has sold houses for us and bought houses for us.  She has helped my in-laws with their accommodations.  She is really helpful and creative.  She tries to find ways to make things work.  We were living in our house that wasn't ours and we were in the rent house before the house we have been living in right now.  We were out of the country when we started and the owner of our rented house wanted to rent it to someone else.  She was their real estate agent, so she contacted us and gave us the list overseas of all the houses that were in the market, even before we got back.  We had a whole list of houses that we could immediately start seeing and get the ball rolling.  We needed to buy a house and move into a house within a space of a month.  She made sure that happened and she worked with us really well.  She is very professional, but she is very friendly.  She thinks outside the box to make things work.
