Saturday our water slowed drastically, we opened the pumphouse & put in a heater. We returned a hour later to a disaster-- the tank was floating in the 4 feet of water, pouring over the sides. We called the company that had previously helped us with a pump problem. They were quite busy with other 'deep freeze problems, but after making sure that we'd shut off the power, instructed us to drain out the 'pumphouse', and said they should be there by the next day. Even though it was SUNDAY, they called & came as promised, and promptly repaired everything, much neater than before & added an automatic pipe heater to insure against future problems.
