He arrived on time and did a quick but effecient job. Replaced the belt and cleaned the filter. Was nice and friendly.

He is the only person I use!  They are wonderful!

Called about 7:45 a.m. and said would be out today between 11 and 2.  Came out about 11:30......replaced the switch on the washer and was up and running again within the hour.  Would highly recommend and will use again.  Sears was unavailable tor 2 weeks.

They were courteous and friendly, both at the store and the young man that came out to fix our washing machine. We compared their prices for the pump with other places and the internet and they beat them by $25.

Technician was prompt, professional, and did honest work when he could have run up the costs with unnecessary repairs or parts, and I wouldn't have known the difference. I will use him again when the need arises.

The technician did not have the exact same fan but had another fan that he said might work and if not to call back. That fan did not work and I called and he came back out with the correct part a week late and everything is working fine now. I am very happy with the service. I would highly recommend them.

He was here when he said he would be, identified and fixed the problem quickly, and gave us a Senior discount without our even asking for one.

Bradley Appliance was very punctual and professional. Repairman was arrived at the designated time and went straight to work assessing the problem. I felt at all times that he had my best interest at heart and was being completely honest with me. The unit was repaired promptly for what I felt was a very reasonable rate. This is actually the second time within a year that I have used this company for appliance repair. I had exactly the same experience on their first service call to my home. That is why I called them when I found my self in need again.

He comes when he says he will, he is reasonable in his prices, and he is really a good person. He owns the business. His prices could have been lower.

My husband was home when the repairman arrived. He went right to work diagnosing the problem. He decided it needed a very expensive part and service, approximately $300. To fix the ice maker it would be an additional $250. We bought the appliance at the scratch and dent sale for $300 so we elected to forgo fixing the frig. My husband said the repairman was visibly irritated that we passed on the work, even though he was getting a $60 payment for diagnosis of the "so-called" problem. Here's the rub. After he left, he left the frig unplugged. Apparently it reset itself and it no longer clicks. Hum... is it possible he knew it only needed a reset and that we'd figure that out when he left and turned the frig back on? Or was it a happy coincidence? Who knows, but my hubby felt the guy was trying to pull one over on us. Why else would he have gotten so mad that we decided not to fix it?

Our six year old KitchenAid refrigerator quit working overnight. We called and a repairman was at our house within two hours. He was professional and prompt. He found a faulty relay and replaced it, leaving the defective one with me. I felt that the price was fair and his service excellent.
