 + -1 moreHe did not come back to finish the work. We called another company to do the job. He left it a mess, the next man from a different company said. This new company fixed it, no problem, and didn't ask for payment immediately. They sent us a bill. I just wish we had called them in the first place. We wasted a whole bunch of time waiting for Air Works to come and we could of been sight seeing with my son. I would not recommend Air Works for anyone.
Description of Work: Our heat quit working in Feb. It was VERY cold. The owner of this company, Ty, and hishelper came out to fix it. Every single day, even if he was not done fixing it and had to come back, hewould ask for payment. He would go and do other jobs and not finish fixing our heat. My son washere visiting for a few days and I asked Ty to please come fix it so we could go do the things wewanted to do while he was here. Ty would promise he would be back the next day, but he wouldnever show or call. When he was fixing it, he would just take all the wires in his hands and kind oflook at them dumbfounded, as if he did not know what he was doing. Finally we gave up on him andcalled another company to fix it. They came immediately and fixed it. No problem. They also didn'task for money right away, but rather sent it through the mail. I would not recommending using this company.
