Even with the numerous work demands they got out same day and tarped damaged roofs before the rain came. Had 2 crews came out and repaired home and barn roof in one day. Cleaned up all nails and trash behind themselves.

I called in to schedule an appointment for someone to come out and give me an estimate on my gutter work. They were able to fit me in quickly to their schedule. The sales representative, Paul, did a fantastic job of looking over my entire home. I could see him taking pictures and measurements. I appreciated his throne us and he was easy to understand. Everyone that I spoke to at the office was friendly and professional. I would recommend them again.

Employees were illegal aliens, only one spoke English, and they left broken blocks scattered around the house. But they did do a good job, and completed it faster than expected. If hiring illegals doesn't bother you, hire them, they did a good job and were the lowest price.

We LOVE our New Roof! Scheduled an appointment with Jon to get an estimate. He was running behind due to traffic but called to inform me ahead of time. Agreed on numbers and then a few days later Jacob called and got a day scheduled that worked for me and answered questions about the installation and temperature concerns for the glue. Even after the roof was complete Jacob was my go to for any questions or concerns. He helped so much and I can't thank him enough. I knew they would get answered quickly and correctly.They installed the roof and all I can say is Jorge knows what he is doing. He did not hesitate to answer any questions or concerns. His crew worked hard and did not stop until it was done. I almost went with another company however I seen that I was getting a better deal by having a MASTER ELITE roofer complete the project. I will recommend them to anyone looking for a quality roof and outstanding customer service!

Affordable Roofing fixed the leak and no further leaking now after about 15 months. However, 2 problems: after they found the leak, they did not return to fix it for 2-3 weeks. Meanwhile the leak continued when it rained, further damaging my bathroom ceiling. Secondly, the leak occurred in a valley between sections of my roof and the repaired area is obvious as the repair was done with metal flashing that apparently could not be covered with shingles. (I was warned about the appearance before I agreed to have the work done.)

Absolute worse!!!! The contractor told us what he wanted us to believe instead of the truth. He lied the second he stepped foot in our front door until he left the initial meeting to the end of the project. Then, he would tell us another lie to get out of the one he got caught in from the first lie and the next lie and the next lie. He had the audacity to try to charge us even more money when we caught him cheating us out of extra roofing materials. For him to try to use me as a positive reference was absolutely insane. I'm not the first to give negative reviews and I'm not going to be the last. If any positive reviews are submitted it will be from Affordable Roofing Siding and Gutters, LLC lying again!

It went HORRIBLE!! They came out & gave us an estimate. The tornado was in April & I know there was a lot of damage around the area. We picked the shingles and we were told they would be out in a "few" weeks. A "few" weeks went to mid-June. They sent a crew out and they looked at the roof & started in the back. There was a tarp on the roof due to a large hole a tree made. They removed the tarp & all the old shingles. This crew completed less than 1/3 of the roof. They took the tarp to the side yard & dumped the old shingles on the tarp. They told us they were lied to about the pitch of the roof (they were not happy we had a fence) and would not be back. Took the signs off their trucks & left! We called Affordable and they assured us the "A" crew would be out to finish the job. The "A" crew showed up 3 days later?thank heavens it did not rain!! The "A" crew came & their truck broke down in our driveway, my husband took "the boss" to get a check cashed (on a Saturday) & to buy a replacement part for the truck. While the boss was gone the "A" team sat under a tree and did NOTHING!! It took them 2 days to finish the roof and they still missed parts. We had to call them back to finish parts they missed. We did not care for the way they patched the hole in the roof either. They told us our roof was not built properly when the house was built?WRONG!!! They DO NOT know what they are doing. We feel they hire anyone that will work for peanuts. The "A" team was from Alabama!! Are their no roofers in the state of Tennessee that they have to hunt them down in Alabama? We will NOT use this company again or recommend them to anyone. STAY AWAY from this company!!

I wasn't treated properly, and they they over billed for their services. They didn't honor their contract, and it ended up being a nightmare trying to get the matter settled. I wouldn't recommend them, and I wouldn't use them again.
