It went great! Excellent quality and pro crews. They have built two sheds for me, and I'm about to order a third. If lumber prices continue to increase, be prepared for a revision of your price. Marty has no control over the escalation of materials costs and, unfortunately, he has to pass increases along to you, the customer. But even with that, costs are well in line with other builders who don't provide the same quality, punctuality and professionalism

It went well but had to wait for delivery

From the beginning quote up until the time of scheduling everything went extremely well.  We were originally set to have the shed built the week of 9/15.  Then due to rail and scheduling we were asked to move up the schedule.  This was perfectly fine as our lawn equipment has been sitting outside since we moved.  The guys building the shed did a great job.  My one complaint with the crew is that one asked my wife to use the bathroom then proceeded to take a crap and stink up the whole lower floor.  Not very professional!  
My other complaint is with payment.  During initial talks I was told I could pay via check, cash, or Credit Card.  When the crew finished they immediately expected payment.  Which is fine as the work was finished. The issue here is that it was 3:30 and I was still at work.  I called the owner and went to give him my CC number and he proceeded to get a bit testy and indicated he no longer takes payment by CC.  Then he calls Lowe's, who supplied the materials and asks them if I can pay them???  Needless to say, I transferred money to my wife's account and she cut them a check.  
Overall, I would recommend and use Affordable Sheds again.  I would not let them in my house to use the bathroom and I would double check what was accepted for payment before scheduling the work.

First, I can't say enough positive things about Marty Fox. This man is motivated, enthusiastic, and has excellent communication and organizational skills. Secondly, the team of builders showed up as scheduled; they were courteous, worked quickly, and did a thorough job. They also agreed to mount an air conditioner in the shed (way to heavy for me to handle), which wasn't part of the original deal...neither was carrying it from another location. I appreciate the extra courtesy extended! I feel this company went above and beyond and will definitely recommend it to anyone.

From quote to final payment, every aspect of this transaction went without a single hitch.  Marty returned calls and emails within an hour, and answered all my questions with an expertise I wish every contractor could duplicate.

Both the owner, Marty, and his crew were a pleasure to deal with.  They returned phone calls and emails in a timely manner, showed up on time, worked hard and when all was said and done I received exactly what I expected for a very fair price.  I would heartily recommend them.
