My husband made an appointment for his 2008 WRX. The lady at the service counter didn't know what she was doing and frankly I don't think the service technicians did either. Seeing as how it's a Subaru dealership they should know how to service their own cars. This should have been a quick in and out oil change, especially since my husband had an appointment. 2-hours later I call my husband wondering what is taking so long. They put the wrong oil in his car and had to drain, flush, and fill with the correct full syntheic oil. REALLY? And to top it off they made my husband pay for their mistake! My husband is not one to keep quite about things like this but I'm sure he was so sick of sitting there waiting and wanted to get out of there. We might give them a second chance only because we are a military family and still trying to find a reputable mechanic. But this time I will make sure they don't screw it up!!!

We are satisfied with the sales team as well as the service technicians. We will continue using them in the future

Everything about the test drive, purchase and so forth was great EXCEPT for my interaction with the woman who handled the vehicle financing paperwork.She questioned my judgment every single time I declined to purchase an optional and quot;extraand quot; that was really unnecessary preying on behalf of the dealership.

I don't begrudge them for trying to sell rust protection, gap insurance, etc. as useless add-ons to those who are so foolish as to buy a vehicle without doing research. But I literally could not get through a single option without this woman telling me things such as and quot;you have to get the gap...and quot; and making not-so-subtle speculations that I would be financially ruined without all these extra safeguards.

I complained to the salesman I worked with initially to decide to buy the vehicle and he promised to relay his claims up the chain. I have no reason to really hear whether that actually occurred, though.Sitting through a car purchase takes several hours and I was already tired of the lengthy process when I had to deal with the financing.

I almost walked out. I would not recommend anyone to purchase from this dealership if they aren't prepared to dismiss their finance agent at the first sign of such unprofessional behavior.

They handled us as soon as we walked in the door and we were in and out of there quickly. We were not their customers and we happened to use them when we were traveling. They were friendly and quick. They were waiting and ready for us after we gave them a call. They were very professional.

My 2002 88000mi Hyundai Santa Fe was blowing NO a/c in the hottest week of the year. The technician assigned couldn't find the problem, so another was assigned while I waited for 3 hrs in the dlrshp with a child. Had to come back after lunch for another 1-1/2hrs to tell me approx $860 would fix my A/C. Don't Hyundai's have a 10 yr/100,000 mile warranty? Apparently doesn't cover the entire A/C system, so keep that in mind when purchasing. A Technician talked me into replacing the rubber timing and serpentine belts while he was under the hood, and I agreed, better safe then sorry (but I was sorry). After all the work was done, the serv dept called me to say that the compressor is fixed, but because of a faulty valve, wouldn't blow cold; meaning to me, all that work may have been for naught. I went to pick up the truck and was charged over $1800 for the whole experience. Funny how you have to fill out 15 credit apps to BUY a car - but FIX one and your credit just doesn't seem to matter!
