I only have to pay $85 for whatever the work is. For instance, putting in a new water heater was only $85. I need people who can do carpentry, sheetrock and plastering, roofing and things like that. Everything else is taken care of by the home warranty company. They fixed those toilets and helped cut my water bills. If you have a home you need them because the water heater I replaced three years ago would have cost me $700 and it only cost $85, because I am paying,like, $35 a month for home warranty. Their price is awesome and their quality is very good.
