Hurt my dog during exam and them put a muzzle on my dog but did not allow me to hold or comfort my dog during exam.  Not very friendly.

My overall feeling is that there is a great deal of chaos in this office. Too much for my taste. I began taking my new puppy to this vet clinic because it was near my house and a friend told me that the owner was a great person. I have had both decent and very bad experiences here, however. After our first visit for my puppy's vaccinations I just didn't feel the veterinarian answered my questions. He just wanted to talk. I saved and spent a great deal to purchase the dog breed I have wanted for several years--so I wanted a vet that would appreciate that and help me take the very best care of my puppy.  After the visit the only reason I returned to this office was because he told me was leaving the clinic and I thought I would like the new vet. I gave it another chance and I for the next 2 visits I saw Dr. Bartle and she was wonderful! Her manner is gentle and she answered even the "silly" questions I had. Her assistant was great as well. Sadly, our last visit was awful. I called ahead  to request an appointment with Dr. Bartle---but the doctor who entered the room at our schedule was not her! I was livid. I did not like this Doctor at all--again my concerns were not addressed and the mannerisms of this Doctor and the assistant were loud and hyper and and bossy. I brought this "mixup"  to the attention of the front desk and voiced my disappointment before I left. Brandy apologized, marked my paper and computer chart to say I will only see Dr. Bartle in the future, and told me that Dr. Bartle doesn't even work that particular day!  I am sure they are a qualified group of veterinarians, but I am not that impressed. They just don't seem that organized. Maybe it will get better. I am super hesitant to use them again--even though I very much liked Dr. Bartle.
