You can always tell the integrity of a company (or person) when they want to make things right when they were not the only one at fault. I thought the technician was four hours late; however, I was the one who recorded the wrong time. The other issues I had a problem with, they repaired. While here, they were great, very respectful, and if something wasnt perfect, they called me in the and explained why it looked the way it did and what I needed to purchase to make it right. I will definitely hire this company for all our jobs in the future.

It went well and he was quick and knew what he was doing.  The only thing I would suggest is that he clean up after himself.

We had some scheduling confusion as I waited to get into their queue but once they were here to do the work it went well. They were on time and professional. The work was done well. They were also careful working around my irrigation system.

In all my searches for "handymen" this was the most wonderful experience I've had with a company so far. My doberman is unable to navigate stairs so I needed a ramp, but I didn't want a flimsy or temporary ramp. I called The Handyman Clarksville LLC on Monday.  Lee came to bid on the job on Tuesday, started the job on Wednesday, and finished on Thursday! Lee gave me exactly what I wanted for a reasonable price and matched the design of my existing deck. There was a bit of fortune in the timing - I called around eight other companies and most of them said they couldn't take on the job for at least a week. Lee happened to have a couple of days open to complete the job quickly, which was important since I've been carrying my doberman down and up the steps multiple times a day. The workers were pleasant and professional and worked in below-freezing temperatures to get the job done. I highly recommend this company and will certainly be calling them first for future jobs.

I felt they did an excellent job. The finished job more than met our expectations. They called ahead to let us know when they would arrive. They completed the job in a timely manner despite rain and cold weather.

We were so pleased with The Handyman and we appreciate all workers involved with the job they did for us. Our house was robbed  and we needed someone to come and replace the outside back door and frame in order to secure our house.  After calling around and receiving replies of "We are booked until next week" or even people not answering their phones, The Handyman came through for us.  They were courteous, understanding, professional, and had a new door and frame up within hours after our call.  Would we call them again?  You bet!  Would we recommend them to others?  You bet!  Thank you, guys, for the job you did and for coming through for us!!

The provider said he did not do that type of work I am in need of, but did provide the name of another provider that could perform work. I will contact provider again in the future, when the need arrive.

They put up a 25 ft. flagpole for me. They did very good work.

They came out the next day and were very quick and specific. They told us everything we needed and answered specific questions. They told us when they were going to do the work and then did it when they said they were going to. There were no surprises. They cleaned up after themselves and did a good job. As far as I know their price seemed right on.

Provider never contacted me.  I needed to know the cost to assemble an outside storage shed.

The quote was too expensive that is why we did not use them.  I noticed that he had an attitude, he thought that I really needed it done and I will stick to whatever he quotes me.
