Description of Work: Made an appt to get an estimate along with a few other companies. The guy shows up an hour early with no advance warning. Didn't listen to what we wanted, instead he told |Is what we wanted. Took no measurements, left and was never heard from again. |We called a few days later to ask for the cost and were informed that "he is the only one who does estimates and he's not here." | |We said don't bother calling back. We will not use you. | |The response was a cheery, " okay!"

Description of Work: Built new deck and fence. The work that was done was beautiful. My neighbors are very impressed. We're very happy and will continue to use Straight Line Fence when needed. We highly recommend them. The Aaron was great to work with and the guys putting up the deck and fence were so friendly, courteous and professional. GREAT JOB GUYS!!!!

Description of Work: They came & fenced in my backyard which is quite large at a fair price.Showed up on the date agreed & with all the materials for the job.They set all the poles in concrete one day & after a day to allow them to set up came back & stretched the fence in a half a day.I had requested tension wire at the bottom of the fence & it wasn't in the contract.When I bought it up they said they'd bring some when they stretched the fence.They were true to their word,& when I inquired about the extra cost,they said my footage was about 15 ft. shorter than expected so there would be no charge for the tension wire.Very happy with this company & may have them back to install a split rail fence around the front yard.

+ -1 moreThey did a good job in giving the estimate. They were fast. However they were really expensive. They were really polite. The people were good. They did an assessment. I found a lot of other people who gave me an estimate $2000 cheaper. I would possibly call them but since I know their price is on the higher side, I would not go with them.
Description of Work: I used Straight Line Fence to get an estimate on a home fence. They gave the estimate about a month ago.

+ 0 moreWe have used them three times, and they have been awesome. They are coming out to redo some work after storm damage. They are really reliable. I have used them for years. They put in all of our different fences. They put a wrought iron fence in the front of our house. They also put in chain link fencing twice.
Description of Work: They were going to repair some chain link fences where we had storm damage.

+ 0 moreThey were wonderful. They were professional and courteous. I liked their attention to detail. They were more expensive than some others. They were about $2,000 more than another company. I would definitely use them in the future. There was a panel and a gate of the fence that I thought was fine and they didn't like them so they replaced them on their own, which really impressed me. That was just great. Everybody else wanted half the money upfront. They didn't want anything until we were satisfied and they were satisfied; they were more dissatisfied than we were. I can't say enough about them.
Description of Work: I used Straight Line Fence for a fence. They also did some concrete work. They poured a sidewalk and put in a powder coated aluminum fence.

They did everything they said they were going to do. They also followed up to make sure there weren't any problems. They are very dependable. I would highly recommend them.
