DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET! POOR VALUES AND CUSTOMER CARE I called the vet to get a quote to get our dog up-to-date on his shots. The receptionist stated it would be $160 and I made an appointment. When I went to the check out, the bill was $238. I explained that they told me it would be $160 on the phone. She stated that the proheart was $70. The problem is that they never asked during the visit if I wanted the pro-heart heart wormer which is optional. They just gave it to our dog and charged me without asking. I requested a refund because our dog was already on heart worm medicine and they NEVER gave me an option. They discussed with the office manager, the vet, AND THE OWNER and none of them would refund my $70 for an OPTIONAL medicine that they gave our dog WITHOUT permission. We will never be back!

I called to make an appointment and was informed that for what I needed done, none was necessary. I found this very convenient. I brought the pup in and was greated by the staff. This was our first visit as we just moved to the area. I provided the pup's medical history from our last vet and requested that she have her next round of shots. I received the standard paperwork for a new client and only had to wait as long as it took me to fill out the paperwork. The tech weighed the dog and brought us to the waiting room, where he immediately started the standard procedures before the vet arrives. Within minutes, he was complete with the tests and the vet had arrived to brief me on the results and provide her opinion about which vaccinations the pup was to receive and which ones she would not due to her size. This seemed reassuring to me as the vet demonstrated both knowledge and concern regarding the pet's well-being. After our short discussion, she administered the shots and warned of potential swelling and soreness. The pup was swollen and sore that night, but all symptoms subsided the following day when she was bouncing around the house as normal. After the shots, I was done with my visit and left to pay. I am extremely pleased with the visit and will continue to go to this vet office even though there are several others closer to our house.
I returned the next day to purchase medications for the pup that I forgot to ask about and was surprised that the did not carry the brand that the pup was on previously. This, is not an issue of concern and I would not consider it when making a decision whether or not to use this service, it just surprised me.

It was okay. I won't use them again, only because of my dog's reaction. He is a bigger dog and it is just not a good place to send the dog. It is a boarding and they could only do the best they can. I will probably look for more of a pet sitter next time. He had some post trauma and he had to munch some medication. It had nothing to do with the place. I wasn't expecting much except for care, and he did get care. The employees there were very good and very nice. The price is average and the quality of the kennel was okay.

We've just always taken our animals there. They are kind of pricey, but the doctors there are great. They know our animals and it's so much like having a family doctor.

I like them a lot. They explain things to you in a lot of detail. They are upfront on their prices. They can get you in relatively quickly for just about any services even if you are new to the area. I also like the fact that if you get a yearly checkup with your dog there, they will clip their nails for free and you can go back anytime for that. It is really nice because we have a big dog and we don't have to look for the groomers, all they ever need is getting their nails cut. They are very quick and very friendly. They are a little bit pricey on their medicines. They did more than what I thought they would do because they even checked her runny nose and dry skin and what to do about that. I had no idea that was wrong. I did have to wait a little while to get in but once I got in, they were quick.

They are always fabulous when I go to them. We have been going to them for about six or seven years. I get good service there. I have called on a Sunday of a Holiday weekend, and I had my dog taken within 45 minutes.

Spay. Have been using this Vet for 2.5 years.

Excellent service. We have used this veterinary practice for emergency after-hours care in the past year. The staff is wonderful. I hihgly recomemnd them for pet care.

It is the best. They're wonderful. They have worked with me under emergency situations. I have 2 St. Bernards and they have done amazing things. They were willing to work with me on payment as well as when I could bring them in. They were just more concerned about taking care of my animals than about anything else. I was with another veterinary clinic. I decided to go with them because they provide all the services that I need, grooming, boarding, and veterinary care in one spot and they have the largest boarding facility for my St. Bernards. I'm ever so grateful that I did go with them.

They have been very positive. Their availability is excellent. They are helpful and very positive. I have really only seen primarily one of the veterinarians there. The last time we went there was just for a booster shot. Their demeanor with the animals is wonderful. Their prices are great but I am more concerned with the quality than that. In my perspective it is worth my money to go there.

The experience went good overall.

I used them because I was adopting a cat from the city shelter and we needed someone who could do the spay the following day. My regular vet was busy and couldn't do it. I would use them again but I would ask for pain medication since they don't routinely use or offer it.

Always courteous and responsive to the patients needs. Very careful to ensure the pets are comfirtable during treatment. A little expensive for exotic bird maintenance (nails, beak and wings).

They are really good. I don't have any trouble getting appointments. He's had surgery there that was successful. They are friendly and efficient. I really don't have any complaints.

They are excellent. The staff there is good and the customer service too.

I went in because my dog, a 9 year old treeing walker coonhound, who had been housebroken for years had suddenly started having accidents in the house for no reason I could figure out. When I took her in the doctor we saw, the owner, looked at her, took a urine sample and said her temp wasn't raised so it couldn't be an infection & in dogs her age it's likely that she is in early stages of renal failure. He sent me home with two types of pills saying it was easier to treat instead of test & if the treatment worked then they knew they got it right. I did not like this course & decided not to give her any of the meds & got her to another vet for a different opinion. Come to find out, it was a urinary tract infection & there was no trace of kidney issues. Also while I was there I witnessed a female soldier come in with her dog and explain that he needed to be seen right away, she had found a bottle of tylenol that she had placed on the counter semi chewed & opened, but didn't know if he had ingested any. The same doctor came out & bombarded her with questions & berated her for not knowing the answer to a few of them. She tried to explain that she was at work in the Army & was keeping him inside because it was unseasonably hot & that she hadn't left the top off & didn't know how long ago or if he had even eaten any or how many (really, do you count how many pills you have left in the bottle?), she just wanted him checked and helped. He then told the woman she had killed her dog because she left the tylenol where he could get to it & he was unsupervised. She was sobbing and he just turned his back on her. I swear I will never go back to that place.

They accept walk-in appointments so you don't have to schedule appointment and your seen in a timely manner. The technicians do a lot of things that you don't have to wait for a veterinarian to do like clipping nails and taking temperatures. After they leave the veterinarian comes in almost immediately. I had a puppy that was dehydrated one time and had some kind of virus so they hooked him up to the IV and actually he went home with the veterinarian that night. Very personalized care.

He spent around $200 for both the cats during his last visit. I don’t dislike anything about them. You don’t have to make an appointment for anything when you go in there. That’s really nice and that’s the best about the place. It’s really updated and is a really nice place, but it seems to be expensive. However, I don’t have much to compare their price to. I would definitely use their services in the future too.

My chihuahua mix began vomiting and his gums were white. I immediately called Dr. Whitford and he met me at the clinic (at 2 a.m. no less). He gave him a shot and told us to come back that morning. We were referred to Dr. Wicks and she has been such a blessing. She treated my pup as her own. She took some blood, ran some tests and got it all figured out. He had a liver infection but she was able to treat it successfully and he's perfectly healthy now. After he was well enough, I scheduled a teeth cleaning for him and was very satisfied with the work they did and how well they treated him. Dr. Wicks is amazing and I wouldn't trust my fur babies to anyone else.

My kitty was found very lethargic and I wasn't sure what was wrong with her. I first took her to PetSmart because they were the only vet open @ 7pm. After doing a horrible job of taking blood, they ran some tests, didnt know what was wrong with her and sent me home with some antibiotics. After 36 more hours, she was not responding to the treatment so I called St. B's. They had me bring her in immediately. They checked her out and found she had a blood parasite caused from ticks (even though she was on FrontLine I did find a couple of ticks on her). They treated her with a shot that if she had not received she probably would have died. I owe her life to St B's Animal clinic! Thankfully now, my kitty is doing wonderful again!

It went great...he thinks it sucked since he got shots and stuff but everyone else is happy.

We have 2 dogs, a chocolate lab and a rottie. We've been taking our lab to St. B since she was a puppy. The rottie is new to our family and we took her for the first time in March. The staff is always really friendly to us and very caring and loving towards our dogs. We've seen a variety of veterinarians there and each of them have been approachable and knowledgeable. Their prices are reasonable, no cheaper than other local clinics but we like the convenience of not needing to make an appointment. They were thorough with their examination and patient with our dog, as she was a little apprehensive. All in all another great experience at St. B.
