Outstanding service. The inspection was conducted on time (early, even) and his report was furnished that same evening. The report was extremely thorough, and included thirteen items (with photos of exactly what required attention) which could have resulted in major ownership headaches had they not been found and addressed immediately. The builder has agreed to correct every item of note on Mr. Martin's report.
An absolutely first-rate job. I would not hesitate to recommend his services to anyone in need of a property inspection.

After agreeing to do the inspection, David went by the house and reported back that the electric meter wasn't installed yet, and advised we wait for the power to be turned on to do the inspection. CEMC took a couple of weeks to get the power turned on, so we had to reschedule several times. David was flexible in working with our schedule. When he was finally able to get in, David did a very thorough job. After the inspection, I needed the inspection results back immediately, which isn't the usual practice (I think they usually get a few days turnaround), and the inspector got the 35 page report typed up and submitted to me in time for my wife to have them for the walk through with the builder the next morning.

we were very satisfied with the service. the inspector was on time. He inspected every inch of the house, inside and out,. he even crawl under the house to inspect. i must say he didn't hold back on the inspection. one day after, the saler and i received a copy of the results ot the inspection. the copy also included pictures of everything that the saler needed to fix before closing. we were very happy with the service.
