I called Brigitte and scheduled an appointment for an estimate. She arrived exactly when she said that she would. I told her that I didn't know what to do with my messy gardens as some of the bushes were out of control and some were dying. She explained what was wrong (certain bushes don't do well in this area) and some get out of control / hard to maintain. I asked for shrubs that are very hardy for this area and are easy to maintain (prune yearly and no fussing with fertilizers and pesticides). Brigitte immediately wrote down 4 very good options and drew a plan on the spot. If you want the house visit and design plan only, you can buy it for $75, but I wanted her to do the entire installation. We scheduled the install for two weeks after so the weather would be cool (best time to plant). The day of install, Brigitte and crew arrived on time and completed everything in one day and cleaned up afterwards. Crew is super nice! The flower beds across the entire front of the house have been reworked. All old shrubs gone, monkey grass halved and some removed or moved, about 20 new size and climate appropriate bushes installed. Tons of black mulch put in. The beds that run down half of the front and all the way down the side of the house were retrenched with a shovel to prevent grass in the beds. At the back corner, the bed slopes down. Brigitte installed a border of stacked flat stones, kind of a small built up retaining wall to keep the mulch from washing out. Everything looks so perfect. I could not have envisioned this design or chosen the correct plants. I had no clue what to do and felt overwhelmed by it. Brigitte made it perfect. I don't say that lightly because I am very picky and very critical. I just can't explain how beautiful it is and its appropriateness to the size and style of my house. I like that the bushes that need to stay small will stay small. Brigitte explained the minimal amount of upkeep and I know that if I have questions about the pruning next spring, I can call her. She has an extremely keen eye for style and detail. I am so happy to be able to see my beautiful front porch. Yesterday, I went down to her shop and bought a large concrete urn and a huge ivy to replace an old pot on my front porch. The urn matches the curved bench in the garden. I think I more than got my money's worth on the landscaping and concrete items. I will always use Brigitte for any gardening or landscaping needs that I may ever need again. If you want excellence, give her a call. I am rarely this thrilled about anything. I keep going outside just to look at it.

I was very pleased with how she did our landscaping. We were very happy with what she did. She put extra effort, it wasn't easy because there was a lot of roots involved from the old trees. It was hard for them to dig the holes to plant the shrubbery. They used a generous amount of mulch on the whole area. And they did it all within a day, they were very prompt and good in what they did.
