Lane was very polite and professional. He was kind enough to let me be present for the entire inspection. He pointed out things and answered my questions as he worked. Then when my husband and his family showed up, he did an overview with pictures. I hired him based on his good reviews and I''m so glad that I did!

Terrific work. Comprehensive, and briefed me very well. Excellent report--good summary, pictures, and followed by details. Lane also has the capability to test for RADON. This is optional. Lane found stuff that otherwise would never have been found. This man knows his stuff, and knows how to get it done in a planned, orderly fashion.
