Shield Home Inspections is a residential inspection service dedicated to providing clients with peace of mind during the most important purchase of their lives.. My name is Lane Baggett and I have been inspecting homes now for over ten years in several different states and have an additional seven years of construction and remodeling experience. My reports contain detailed information about each system of the house with high quality pictures and descriptions. I encourage all my clients to follow me during the walk through so I may answer any questions they might have along the way. We offer same-day inspection reports as well as additional testing options such as thermal scanning, mold/air quality testing, radon gas testing and water quality testing. Buying or selling a home is a big deal and I make sure that each of my clients walk away satisfied that they received the best possible inspection of their home. I offer a $25 discount for any military or first responder family.
