Reynolds Plumbing impressed me with their quick response and professional service today. This morning started off with my son singing the “Friday” song and it was gonna be a great day. Then… I hear water running and found my water heater pouring from the pressure valve. My laundry room and son’s “game cave” flooded. I shut off the valve and flipped the circuit breaker to the water heater. I made a call to the homeownwer and these young men responded and installed a new water heater after their tests within a reasonable amount of time. It was a 2009 heater so it was time. They didn’t just change the water heater. They shopvacced all the water and moped the debris as well. Then they left their industrial sized fan to help dry out the floorboard. These guys know their stuff and also educated me on what to look for in the future. THANKS REYNOLDS PLUMBING!

Clay and Justin came with full PPE, Professional, Polite and Efficient. They repaired, not duct taped, two bathrooms and a kitchen sink and did it well. I would call them again but they already fixed everything ? We're grateful for their work and company. I hope they can see this review, they definitely earned their money, respect and a RAISE ???

Excellent service and overall a knowledgable and good guy. He was late but called before scheduled time to let me know and see if I needed to reschedule. Both services were done right and reasonable price. I will recommend him to others.

After dealing with 5 star remodeling this gentleman was amazing. He did everything he promised. He showed up early and would stay for about 10 hours working almost nonstop. I could not have asked for a better job done. I plan on other updates to my house and using him again.

Rob was incredibly helpful. I called in the morning about frozen pipes and spoke to a secretary. She said she would consult with him to get me a more accurate estimate, I got a call back from Rob soon after with a reasonable price. He came the same day and was able to thaw the pipes to the house again. He was incredibly professional and offered sound advice on what our best options were and how to prevent this in the future. I'm very happy with the service and level of professionalism at a fair and reasonable price. I will definitely use Reynolds Plumbing in the future if I ever need them.

The job went very well. Told us up front the cost and was able to fix it within the hour.

They're a small company so it's really nice to work with them. They're appropriate, they answered all the questions I have and they told me all the things I need to know.

When my water heater broke, the Reynolds folk gave me a good review of my options - cost, performance, warranty, etc. and did not try to influence me. They just wanted me to make my decision with as much information as possible. But then they did the work within 24 hours so I was without hot water for only one day.

Very well, they were nice and pleasant. Worked in a realitevly quick amount of time - even stayed and worked in the rain. New line works GREAT and they came in slightly under their estimate.

They have also cleaned my sewer line to the street. The charges were reasonable, they came on time and did the work.
