After my unit quit blowing cold air, I called RCW on friday morning. Tech was able to get there by early afternoon. Tech was able to immediately determine if my very old unit was still servicable and what was causing my issues. Tech took time to show what was wrong. He replaced the parts, had two bad capacitors, tested and unit was up and running very quickly.
Tech said the unit was in dire need of cleaning, asked if I wanted to do myself or have him do it. I let tech clean and 20 year old A/C unit looked new afterward. Tech took time to point out future issues and resolutions. Reasonable prices and no high pressure sales. Will definetly use in the future!!

The technician did a really good job and was a really nice guy. He was very easy to talk to and I didn't feel like I was being taken for a ride. He's honest and upfront.
