The two owners R&J are professionals but their employees did not have the same attention to detail as them. After installing the hardwood floors there are several gaps in the floor. On the A/C ducts on the floor where not cut right. The duck covers do not fit correctly. Instead of the job been completed in one week it took two weeks. Beside that, the overall appearance was good and it had previous installed hardwood floor in one room and they did their best to match it up. Unsure if I would use them again.
