The crew came in and immediately started assessing the job and how to proceed. The atmosphere with this new crew was night and day compared to the previous crew this company came in behind. The crew was very respectful and friendly. They fixed the walls and painted them, painted the trim and kept me informed of what was going to happen next each day as they were leaving. I always knew what to expect the next day. Considering the mess the previous company left, I understood why it took longer to complete. The estimate was for 4 days, but, the mess to was so bad it took longer to complete and make it look right. Damage to walls was patched and fixed. They painted the walls and trim so professionally. If something didn't look right or still needed to be repaired, the repairs were made and the wall repainted. This company cares about their customers and will do what it takes to make sure the customer is satisfied with the progress of the job. They cleaned up after themselves and protected my floors and belongings.THIS COMPANY IS ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC!!!! I will never hire another painting company...JUST THIS COMPANY...from now on as far as I am concerned, they are MY painting company. THE ENTIRE EXPERIENCE WAS GREAT...CONSIDERING HOW BAD THE FIRST PAINTING COMPANY TREAT ME, MY HOUSE AND MY BELONGINGS. YOU CAN NOT GO WRONG HIRING R.A. PRENTISS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
