I tried to schedule an appt to winterize my irrigation system in October - thought I would try to beat the rush. However, I was told they would call me to schedule the appt around Nov 1st. That date came and went. I finally called and got my address added to their schedule. However no one came on the date I was scheduled for. After calling ProTurf, I was told that their computer system showed our house as being completed... but it wasn't. Finally, about 5 weeks after I had hoped to have our system winterized, it was completed. I have to say, Eric and his crew are very good at their jobs. My biggest problem was scheduling and getting them to come out. Once they came to my house, they did a fantastic job.

ProTurf was very professional, prompt and thorough. I will definitely have them return in the fall to winterize our system.

I had other estimates completed, and Proturf gave the best price along with being the most punctual and returning my phone calls in a very timely manner. All around a great company to work with. Highly recommend!

We installed an irrigation system at our old house and we used a different provider and the price was much higher. The Pro Tturf price was excellent in comparison. They cleaned up after themselves, they brought out top soil and filled in all the little ruts when they were finished and every time we called with a question they were prompt about coming out to show us what to do. Another service provider we hired for another job cut one of their pipes, they came out and took care of it. They unhooked all of the sprinkler heads in the area where she was working and held off on finishing up until she finished her work. Then they came and reinstalled everything around the pathway and never charged us anything extra. It looked really good, they didn't damage the path at all. We were very, very happy with them. After it was installed I punched a hole in one of the pipes while digging. I called and left a message and I think they came out that afternoon to fix it. They told me they knew where it was and I could go eat dinner and I would get the bill. You call them and they take care of stuff and the price was really good.
