Yes, I recommend this pro
The inspectors went above and beyond for us! We didn't end up purchasing our first choice for a home because of their findings. They are thorough, professional, on-time, and explained the big problems to us at the time of the inspection. The actual inspection report was detailed with pictures and clearly noted, as well. Although we did not end up purchasing that particular home, we were so pleased and more than happy to work with them again on our second choice. Again, they were ready when we needed them, well-educated, and provided us with all the information we needed and addressed our biggest concerns. The pricing was exactly what they quoted us for our size home. I hope to not have to use them again, as I pray we've found our forever home, but I would 100% recommend Professional Home Inspections, Inc. to anyone, everytime.
