It's a very good service. I asked around and it was a local service. I bought the system too from them. I know it works and I feel safe.

When you call this company you get a real person who is courteous and helpful and handles the whole transaction. We moved here and wanted a wireless interface installed on one of their systems which was already installed since we did not have a land line. The whole process went smoothly. The service technician was on time, polite, and took the time to explain the working of the system. Since installation we wanted a certificate sent to our insurance company and again, calling the office got that taken care of without being put on hold and listening to music and a recording saying how important our call was. This is a local company and their prices and fees are reasonable and they are a pleasure to deal with.
