Just purchased a new home, although the carpets are high quality, they were in rough shape. Pet stains, dirt and spills among other things. I was highly impressed with P.R. Carpet Cleaning!! They called me 30 minutes prior to my appointment to let me know they were on their way. They were friendly, professional, punctual and they answered all of my questions! They definitely knew their stuff about carpets! They were able to get out all of the stains in my carpet! They left it smelling fresh and looking clean! I think the price was very reasonable! I HIGHLY recommend P.R. Carpet Cleaning! I will be using them in the future for all of my carpet cleaning needs!

The carpets look good enough to not be replaced.  I will probably have the cleaned once a year now.  They were very knowledgeable about stains and stain remover.  All of their products are all natural.

The company was on time. I did speak with owner and gave me estimate. Very pleasant people, husband and wife team. Took 24 hours to dry, but was told it would take 4 hours to dry.

I want to start off with WOW. This company has a machine called a Rotovac carpet cleaner. Its absolutely the best machine that I have ever seen used in carpet cleaning. My son and his girlfriend lived in the house with two children. The carpets were completely dirty and stained (red, blue and green) from wall to wall in almost every room. I called P.R. Carpet cleaning and discussed my issue with them. They were very professional and courteous on the phone. They took their time and described the different services that they provided to me over the phone. After hearing about the Rotovac and knowing the state of my carpets I decided to give them the opportunity to show me their work. They called 30 minutes prior to arriving and were there on time. When they got there they were surprised at how dirty the carpets were. They looked around the house and told me that because of the extensive stains that they would have to increase the cost. They were professional about it and described exactly which stains could be removed and which ones were probably going to be permanent. I agreed to the additional cost because of the extensive stains. After seeing the Rotovac go to work I was immediately impressed. The carpet came clean and it was rejuvenated where the machine had been ran. What impressed me more was their ability to get the stains out. 98% of the stains in the whole house came out of the carpet. They even tried to get the stains out that they told me were permanent. Those stains lightened up considerably but were permanent like they told me. The extensive stain removal and performance of the Rotovac on my carpets is why they are getting such a good review from me. I would highly recommend them to anyone who asks. And, by the way, they gave me a 10% discount for mentioning their ad on Angies list. Many people are probably saying I would never pay that much for a carpet cleaning but if you would have seen the carpets you would have probably decided to just replace them. He arrived on time, was well groomed, personable and professional. My house was sort of a cluttered mess, having moved furniture out of 3 rooms and crammed it into other rooms. Because I have lots of antiques I was a little concerned that the equipment (or he!) might bump into the furniture or rub up against some of my pieces.   But I had no reason to worry because he was considerate and respectful of my home.  I will definitely hire them again when we move out of the house.

He was excellent. He does the best to get all the stains out of the carpet. His price was fair. I can’t remember if was punctual or not.

They were really friendly. They did a great job, and my carpets looked great when they were done. They were really good, and I enjoyed having them. They gave me a magnet that I kept, so when we have our carpets cleaned again, we will call them. We have a big house and I was really pleasantly surprised. They do other things too, like enzyme stain removal for pet stains. They have pretty tech-savvy stuff. They came out the very next day. They were really awesome.

These guys did exactly what I asked them to for exactly the price they quoted. They were on time, professional, courteous and gave solid service. I would use them again.

They showed up on time, and did an amazing job removing a few pet stains and even a sap stain from our Christmas tree!  It was a little more than I would have liked to pay, but we definitely got our money's worth.

When we bought our new house the carpets were in desperate need of cleaning. On very short notice, P.R. Cleaning was able to send a crew of two. They did all six rooms very quickly, remained professional the entire time, and the price was extremely reasonable. We didn't need any pet or dye-based stains removed, though. Those services do cost extra. They do offer to come out and assess if you may need either of those services, so you don't have to guess before they do the actual cleaning. Great service, overall, and we used them again when we prepared our other house to be sold. They have a return customer in us!
