Pool Construction and Installation
Mr Powell showed up drunk. The concrete under liner has rocks and boot prints in every square inch of it. We contacted Mr Powell and him and another man showed up drunk again. He blamed his son for the horrible job and told us he would fix as soon as weather permitted. He left and backed off of my thirty foot wide driveway right into my fresh new yard. We have called him several times and yesterday he told us he needed more money before he would fix anything. I have a contract with him stating that upon completion of job the last payment would be made. We have paid him over 16000.00 and only owe him 1600.00 more. The rocks under the liner will rip holes in it very soon with the weight of the water.
