Joe sprayed along the baseboards throughout the inside of the house. He placed pest traps in a few places. He also treated around the outside of the house. We've seen dead bugs outside, but none inside since the monthly services began 4 months ago.

The same guy, Fred, comes out and it takes him about 15 minutes. The company sets up the appointments and sends us a card; if we need to change that, we can call them up and they are very flexible.

Had service for two years, service man was always on time the price was reasonable and I did not have any pest issues after they did the initial treatment of my house.

It went just fine. Fred, the service man, came in as always just as pleasant as he could be. He did what was required in a timely and efficient manner.

Skip was awesome,aslong as we had him we didnt have any problems,his chief came once n was 1. done way to fast second after he sprayed a few days later we started getting all typ of insects including spiders all ober even in the house! We called them n told them n they came 5 days later out.... Well after that i had right away huge spiders all over ...wolfspiders all in my kids lil truck under my chairs n tabel on my padio an windows....but not enough ...a nice spider egg sack from a black widow was hanging on my vase that i putted on my padio a few days after they sprayed... I called again ..and again they didnt come right away...they made me wait a vew days... Well the guy sprayed the padio n told me he can offer me for 125$ to spray my yard n put something down that will resolv the problem. WHAT?! So what i pay the monthly fee for just for fun? I will def switch to orkin as soon our agreement is over...i have somany neighbors that have orkin and they dont have no problems at all ,i talked to the orkin guy an they Are so professionel he also said once spraid there shouldnt be any spider crawling anymore... Well yes they might a lil more expensive but on the end u are spider free and if any problems e be out mostly the same day to help u..... I end up paying more with ortex since they asking 125$ to solve the problem n i bout me some stuff to put down on my yard.... Seems like the chief prob. Put something down to attract all the insects.... It was an invasation after he sprayed.... I am so upset and disappointed

We moved into a new house in August and recently found we had a mouse problem. Bad. Like as in we killed 30 in our attic with mouse traps over a 2 week period. We scheduled with Ortex to come out and treat our mouse and spider (black widows were making their homes in our garage) problem. The first visit was scheduled, and the exterminator spent an hour trying to find our house with no success (new house is not on google maps yet), so we rescheduled. Second visit, he showed up on time and set out the bait. A month later we put another trap up and caught ANOTHER mouse, so we called them back, they showed up right away and put out a lot more bait. Since then, we've had no indication mice are in the house.

I like that they have options like I can do buy monthly or quarterly and I can also change it at anytime as other places don't offer that kind of stuff.

I pay $45 for 3 months.

Very well- we had a mouse problem, but I emphasize the past tense. They did a new contract termite treatment that was $600 of the $715 total. We are pleased so far.

The appointment was so easy, and they were right on time. When they came in, I got something else to do, so I didn't have the time to do the inside and outside; but they were really good enough to do the outside because I had to leave. They asked me to give a call whenever I was comfortable, so they would come back again to do the inside. They didn't charge me anything extra, so it was good. Their customer service was good. They are very friendly.

Eventhough the service tech was late, he called and kept me informed of his arrival time. Very professional and polite and answered all my questions.

the service was performed onetime, professionally, and at the cost that was bid.

They are fantastic. The guy came real quick. He did a really thorough job. He explained what kind of plan he was going to do.

ORTEX GUARANTEE PEST CONTROL is good. They deserve an A overall for everything, but their responsiveness and punctuality are lacking.

They came the same day that I called, to see what was needed to treat the bees,then returned the next day to take care of them. A week later I had them back to exterminate. They were very thorough. The only negative was that the tech gave me cardboard traps(for bugs) to put together myself and place them in certain areas in the garages and basement. I thought he should do this, but It wasn't important enough to complain about. He was so polite and friendly. They have been back for my follow-up 3 month appt. and did another great job.

The man who first came was very friendly with me. Two or three weeks later another guy came back and sprayed around the area.

The staff are professional and friendly and very accommodating, I wouldn't go to any other pest control service.

They are good. They come back again for free if the issue is not fixed the first time. They are very responsive and come on time within the window the say.

I used their services through Home Owner's Association and they paid for the cost. I liked the ease of scheduling with them. They explained the chemicals they were using well to me.

The service man that does our condos is very courteous and reliable. The condo association fees cover the cost and we just call ahead and tell them if they are coming to our condo or not when they are here. As far as I know, we have no pest control problems in any of the units here.

We were somewhat satisfied with the job that these men did as we haven t had an infestation in some time. They are prompt, courteous, and they don t get any of the spray on anything other than what they are supposed to get it on.

Belle Meade Exterminating is very professional and fairly priced. I have used them since 1999 and I have had no termite problems since then. If I did have a problem, Belle Meade would repair the damage at no charge. I consider that reassuring.
