I thought they were knowledgeable and willing to help. They were not always punctual at getting back to me; I had to call them to keep things moving. They pretty much knew their stuff and sub-contracted stone countertops with another company. The stone countertop company had to come in behind the cabinet guys and redo some things. They had to tell the cabinet company they needed more support in several places. Their price was not bad.
