 + -1 moreI like the fact that they know their product. They're very knowledgeable in every area of their business, and they service everything that they sell which is a huge thing. They always go further and beyond when it comes to the warranty. They only have three employees with them.
Description of Work: All Vacuum Brands service and sell all vacuum brands and sewing machine. I went to them for a vacuum tuneup.

 + -1 moreIt was the best customer service I've had with any company. The manager is very helpful and knows his customers by name. They are also very timely.
Description of Work: I took my vacuum in for a tune up. I also bought 3 vacuums from them.
