+ -1 moreMr. Francique is very unprofessional. He is loud, foul mouthed and is verbally abusive to clients and workers. He got the contract to replace my roof - worked well I thought until inspection was completed. He threw away shingles and debris at property line which I had to pay another contractor to clean. When I refused to pay him because of his lousy job - he brought his "secretary" to talk to me - she went over all the problems that I found and attempted to have him finish the job. When we came back on the final day to pay for the job - there were still several items that were poorly done. The entire time he was cursing everyone he could find to include my real estate agent and my soft spoken husband. The house had to be repainted, the deck and outside had to be redone. Stay away from this "contractor" - he is expensive and I do not think he understands how to make estimates - he just places numbers on a piece of paper that looks good to him.
Description of Work: I was preparing my rental home for sale and since he had worked for another contractor laying tile to the kitchen in main residence - many problems there also but he blamed it on the contractor (I will rate that contractor soon). Replace roof - lousy job done per inspection which I failed due to his negligence, also I paid for expensive shingles with 25 year warranty but he did not follow manufacturer's guide so warranty is not good. Landscaping at rental home - had to be rdeone by another contractor. Repaired garage doors and entry door to garage - had to be redone by another contractor. Painting - used tar which is normally used for roofing to paint garage floor - eveery time you walk on it it sticks. Re-grout and replace kitchen tiles - terrible job - had to pay another contractor to redo job. Power wash house - got water all over basement, from washing garage floor - had to replace vinyl and sheet rock in basement due to negligence - he blamed it on leaking air conditioning - no leaks found by professional. I can look at the thing that he was paid to do and they correlate with the items failed on home inspection.
