Mr. Francique is very unprofessional. He is loud, foul mouthed and is verbally abusive to clients and workers. He got the contract to replace my roof - worked well I thought until inspection was completed. He threw away shingles and debris at property line which I had to pay another contractor to clean. When I refused to pay him because of his lousy job - he brought his "secretary" to talk to me - she went over all the problems that I found and attempted to have him finish the job. When we came back on the final day to pay for the job - there were still several items that were poorly done. The entire time he was cursing everyone he could find to include my real estate agent and my soft spoken husband. The house had to be repainted, the deck and outside had to be redone. Stay away from this "contractor" - he is expensive and I do not think he understands how to make estimates - he just places numbers on a piece of paper that looks good to him.
