Don't use this company or any company operated by Dontre Jones. The man is a thief and should be in jail. Call the police if he comes to your door! It is fraud. Never completed work, lied about warranty.

The work is still unfinished. This man is a liar and will steal your money and never finish the work. Don't use him. We all need to ban together and get this man and all his companies black listed from post and take him to court!!

In May of 2010 we hired naturescapes to plant a tree in our front yard.  We were told that the tree had a one year warranty if it died.  We contacted the company in early March 2011 to notify them that the tree had died and needed to be replaced.  They never called back but happened to be doing work across the street.  So my husband approached the owner (Dontre) and had him come look at our tree.  He said he would have it replaced by the end of March 2011.  April came and they never replaced the tree.  We continued to call but no one called back.  I ran into Dontre again around middle of April 2011 when he was doing work for my neighbor.  When I approached him he said he forgot about our tree but would order it that week.  Weeks went by with no results.  We continued to call.  Middle of May Dontre called us back and said he had been out of town but our tree had arrived and would get it planted the following the week.  No one ever showed.  We continued to call but no one ever called back.  We finally replace the tree OURSELVES June 22, 2011. 

The contract was signed on June 28, 2010 and the work was to have been completed by July 20, 2010.  The owner of the business, Dontre Jones (931-217-3903) was the individual who provided the quotation and dates the work would be completed.  Unfortunately, he was paid in advance. We were able to get in touch with Dontre in January 2011 and he stated he needed to reorder the trees/plants but had all other materials needed to complete the job and would do this by the end of March 2011.  Per Dontre, "He was a man of his word and would do whatever it took to make this right with us."  We took him at his word and gave him the time he said he needed since we were still in the winter months. Thus far, NONE of the work has been commpleted, none of the materials paid for delivered and now attempts to contact Dontre or his company via phone/email have not been successful.  No calls have been returned to either of his company locations; Clarksville and Nashville. Evidently, his word is worth exactly what we've received thus far for our payment... nothing.
