Very professional and did a good job.  However, later I found that a saucer under the water heater is not necessary.  I recently put another water heater in and it required an overflow contraption on top by city code.  They did not do this.  I don't now when the code because effective for this however.

They were on time, which was important to us. He was even a few minutes early. He came with everything he needed and he didn't have to go get anything. We have copper pipes in our house and he came with everything he needed to install the water heater. He also noticed that we had a junction box that wasn't up to code and he replaced it and didn't charge us for that. He was courteous and professional. He cleaned up when he left. They did everything they said they were going to do in a timely manner. We had shopped around and called around and he had the best price for the efficient model that we got. He was definitely professional. We have a discount coupon for the water heater to use when they come out again.
