They unblocked the issue due to my home warranty company not covering it. They did a fine job and were on time. They worked fast and cleaned up well after themselves. 

I will continue to use them in situations when my home warranty doesn't cover the work.

First I foremost, I would like to say my technician Adam was great. I feel that he went above and beyond to fix our issues. My appointment was scheduled from 2-4, which I received a call 30 minutes prior to let me know a technician was on the way. When Adam arrived I explained to him what I thought was going on and he begun a repair process that finally ended 3:30 hours later. He ended up fixing 4 cracked pipes and helping restore power to my water heater. All and all I was very pleased.

They did good work! They came on time! I was happy with what they did but not happy with the price.

Was a very good experience, they completed the work much quicker than I had anticipated and stuck to the quoted price.

Excellent experience and I will definitely use Mac plumbing again.

When flushing my upstairs toilet, i had water backing up into my kitchen sink. I called Mac's plumbing at ~8:00 PM and promptly received a call back from the service technician who diagnosed the problem over the phone (sewer line backup) and gave me a price. The two technicians arrived at the house shortly after 900 and roto-rootered my sewer line. They were both very professional and helpful in answering all questions my husband and I had. I was very pleased with their service and will be using them with any plumbing concerns in the future.

They know what they are doing. They are honest. Since plumbing prices are variable, I am waiting until I have enough money to call them back and get a few things done. Like all other plumbers, their price is high.

Called the company late in the week to request a plumber. I needed to exchange the existing dishwasher with my own energy-efficient Bosch. I also wanted a new sink faucet and a new, stronger garbage disposal installed. Earliest possible appointment was Monday, the following week, which I accepted. I also received an estimate over the phone. On Monday morning, 1/2 h prior to the appointment, the secretary called to inform me the plumber was on his way. Two plumbers arrived at the agreed time. First they confirmed the work order. Then they explained what they were going to do and, finally, they did the work. The plumber who installed the dishwasher, Gary, was very meticulous. He ensured the dishwasher was level. This took some time and patience b/c the dishwasher has four independent legs that need to be adjusted individually. Both plumbers took their time to do the job right. They were not concerned about time spent at my house, which was fine w/me b/c I was off that day. The plumbers did all the work except for connecting the disposal to the dishwasher. The rubber piece attached to the Bosch dishwasher could not be reused b/c it had been cut to fit another system in another house. So, plumber Mike had to come back another time, which he did as soon as I provided the needed part.
So far, I am satisfied w/this company and would recommend it to anyone. I will call on them again when/if the need arises.

The water was flowing rapidly out of the tank. I at first thought that the can had busted open and it was the content of the can that was spewing out.It did not take long to realize how foolish that was as the pantry and the kitchen started to fill up with water.I yelled to my handicapped wife to get the phone book and call a plumber and then I had a "brain storm" to turn the water off from the top of the tank. I spoke to the owner of the company who realized how desperate we were and he responded immediately. He told me how to handle my situation and advised me to shut off the circuit breaker so that I would not burn out an element on the heater.He assured me that help was on the way. Jim,the plumber and his assistant Hal took care of the disaster about a half hour after I called. It was a lucky day for us to find a company for our emergency just by picking one from the yellow pages.

Bruce (McGaha) is a local that is very familiar with the area and what is going on in building and construction around here. He sits on the Clarksville Gas & Plumbing Board and he knows his plumbing codes which is important when doing any kind renovation work. He speaks plainly and follows through on what he says. He came out, gave us a fair quote, sent a crew over to do the work in a timely manner, stopped by at the end of the job to make sure it was done well, cleaned up, shook hands and was off. Our crew consisted of Don and Jim. Don is a nice guy but we got the impression that he is a novice plumber. It might explain why he was paired with Jim who knows his stuff solid and did impeccable work in our basement. I would highly recommend this company and from our crew I would happily have Jim back for any future work. For military in the area, just know that this company definitely supports our troops.

I had a leak above my washing machine in the basement. After looking on Angie's list I called a couple of plumbers. One plumber never returned my call and the other couldn't get out to see me until the next day. After a little more research, I found MAC Plumbing listed in a review of another plumber. Mr. McGaha came out within 2 hours. He found the leak, had to go to Lowe's and get a part, and had it repaired within the hour. He cleaned up afterwards and threw the trash (wet ceiling tile) away.
