Langford's Welding and Steel Works Inc

A bracket that holds my mower deck onto my riding mover broke/rusted off. So I removed the mower deck and put it in the back of my truck along with the bracket. I then went inside and looked up welding shops. The first company I called had their fax machine hooked up to their phone line. The second company I called was Langfords's Welding and Steel Works Inc. I told the lady (don't remember her name) that answered the phone my problem. She tells me that they were closing at 3:00 PM but to bring it in and they would look at it. At 11:31 AM I pulled into Langford's parking lot (they are across the street from the Salvation Army) and remove the mower deck. I walked into the office and told an older gentleman sitting at a desk what I needed done. The gentleman goes into the shop and returns with a younger man by the name of Ken. I again tell Ken my problem. He then follows me out to where I had set the mower deck, he picks it up and takes it into the shop where he places it on a work table. We review where the bracket needs to be welded back on. Ken then asks me to go into the lobby and have some coffee while he performs his craft. A short time later Ken comes into the office and tells the billing lady he is done and that it took him ten minutes. He then tells me that he has placed the mower deck outside near my truck, thanks me and then returns to the shop. The billing lady came out from her office and writes up a sales ticket. After paying her, she thanked me and asked me to come back. As I get into my truck after loading the mower deck, I look down at my smart phone and note that it's 11:49 AM. So it took all of 18 minutes for Langford's to greet me, access my problem, offer me coffee, professionally repair my mover deck, write up a sales ticket, take my payment and thank me for my business. Now that's what I call "Outstanding Service".
