"Good Morning I would like to apologize to you for not meeting your expectations in regarding this project but ... after reading this comment It was very disheartening to read first off.. 1. The Tv was mounted to fireplace and it is not my responsibility to move the Tv and there was no remote on the fireplace you knowing we were painting that should of been removed 2. There was no touch up paint left to leave and we did not buy any more since we were told not to come back to finish our contract 3.We took longer than expected from what was quoted because you kept adding more things you wanted us to do so of course it is going to take longer for us to complete. I was having a medical procedure during time of this job and you knew this and my worker(son) was working while I was out and we never left work undone when the weekend was done we were planning on coming back to finish and I was told not to come back to get better that you would finish the project also I was not complete paid in full from contract we also moved furniture you asked us to move removed pictures off walls also (tv was not asked to be moved) I also bought things that were not quoted to help out with cost you paid for 2 coats of paint on walls and you got 4 coats due to going from a dark brown color to a brilliant white color on walls once again I apologize but I realized that you can not please everyone... I have before and after pics of the work completed but can not post on here and I also have a 5 star review from Mr Steve from past work done here on ANGI I am not a scammer and I take pride in my work 99 -5 star reviews prove that I do quality work and I take pride in what I do thanks again for the opportunity Keefer Bowers"
