Beware. This broker allowed their agent to sign the paperwork instead of the seller. Currently in a law suite against the seller (agent;s wife) and the agent for failing to honor contractual obligations on an expensive home that he built and sold. He verbally promised several actions prior to closing and then (while I was in Afghanistan) he either failed to complete them or did them a cheaper way, instaed of the agreed upon way. When I returned I called the broker and they basically said it was my problem because I did not get it in the contract, even though there were witnesses.er

They have a military background so they knew exactly where we were coming from. They were down to earth people, very helpful and they got the job done. I will use them again in the future.
