I originally dropped the watch off June 2012. After several weeks of waiting I finally contacted the business. I was told it would be a few days and they would call me. This was the story that went on for literally 1 year. I was able to finally pickup the watch June 2013. Unfortunately, the watch would not continue to run more than 20 minutes. Normally only a few minutes. So I took the watch back and was told no problem. Would get it done within the week. After a couple of weeks I checked on status and was either told they would check status and give me a call, which never occurred, or Drew would say he is getting to it next and it would be a couple of days, and he would call me. I never received a call: never. On October 18, I finally called the store to say I would be picking up the watch that same day; 16 months after initially leaving the watch for repair. When I arrived at the store I was told by Drew it was ready. Drew then proceeded to tell me what was required to repair the watch and that I was good to go. When I stated the last time I picked up the watch it would only run for up to 20 minutes. Drew then told me he had wound the watch and let it completely run down several times with no issues. Drew also stated that if there was an issue he stands behind his work. Just bring it back in. The watch ran less than 10 minutes. Shake it or bump it and it would run for a minute or two. I have taken the watch to a shop in Nashville and have not received an update yet. However, when the jeweler initially looked at it, he stated it was dirty. This was a very disappointing experience.

This weekend I tried to set back the time. It would not work. I took it in. they suposedly fixed it. Now the watch doesn't work at all. It is at his shop again and I have no idea if and when it will be fixed

My experience was terrible. I was told in the beginnig that it would only take a few days for a new battery. This ended up taking four weeks! At one point my watch was lost. Finally I got my watch back after 4 weeks, only to be charged way over the $27 they told me it would be. And, to top off, the crystal fell out because they hadn't sealed the watch back. I will never do business with this store again.
Description of Work: I took a very expensive watch in to be repaired. I was told it just needed a battery. Two weeks later I was told the movement would have to be replaced. At this point I was told that I would be able to pick the watch up in about a week. Two weeks later it still was not done. Finally at the end of the fourth week I was told I come pick the watch up, only to have the crystal fall out that afternoon. I was also charged for the movement, plus a ridiculous amount of service. I ended up only paying for the parts in the end.
