Great. Excellent work and did not take them very long at all considering they had to get parts and crawl under the house. Very kind and courteous and everything was fixed in an expeditious manner. I have used Hiller Plumbing in the past and I continue to be very pleased with their service.

Hiller actually told me the work was too hard and they wouldn't be completing it. They still charged me for the whole job though. They also repeatedly cussed around my family, left my house unlocked and unattended and lied to me about the work being completed. After I was told the job was finished I emailed pictures of plumbing that were not replaced or not up to code and another plumbing crew spent two more entire days after the work was "done". After those two days I was advised the job was too hard for them to complete. They also unnecessarily damaged my floor that had to be replaced. They did replace it however it is a much lower quality now than before.

The installation went all right, and the unit itself has worked well and is easy to service. My only beef with Hiller is that they are 'way higher-priced than anybody else around here. They do very good work, but charge ultra-premium prices for doing it. I've had them at my place 3 different times for different jobs, and each time they did a solid, professional job with no call-backs needed. I just can't afford their prices anymore. If you've got money to burn, give them a call; you won't be disappointed at all with the quality of their work, it's top-notch. They must need the money to pay for all that TV advertising....

We received two quotes one of which was Hiller. They were not the cheapest but matched the price of the other and actually delivered a few extras at no additional fee. The work was done quickly and professionally.

Hiller's worked wonderfully for our situation. We are landlords of a home in KY but live in Oregon. The company was very efficient, working with us via the phone and through our property management company. They kept us up to date on all the details and helped us make the most efficient choices. We were not pressured into buying something we didn't need or want. They also gave us the option to repair the part but explained to us that the part would break again as it had just done.
The servicemen were polite, punctual, and very professional. The work was completed, cleaned up, and working properly in a very short amount of time. The office called us a few days later to be sure there were no issues that needed to be resolved.
While the price seems high, we couldn't find a better price without doing the work our self, which wasn't an option.
I would recommend this company to anyone needing plumbing, cooling, and heating assistance.

A gentleman came out and he went under the house to clear the area. He made some recommendations in what we could do and some tips with running hot water through our sink. They also sell a product that helps clean the line as well. He did the job and it helped eliminate the problem of it overflowing.We were very pleased.

A/C stopped working Thursday before Memorial Day Weekend, fun stuff. Called Hiller and the earliest they could get a technician out to the house was the following Tuesday due to them being crazy busy. I was annoyed and in an 84 degree house for 4 days, but I got over it. Could be worse, right? So Tuesday, the technician, Donnie, showed up right on time, after giving me a call to let me know when he was 45 minutes out. He was a super sweet gentleman, and very professional, even when my dog acted up. He explained everything to me and was very clear about the cost of the work. At that time I didn't care about money as long as my A/C was working. He informed about what parts I should think about having replaced in the future and was extremely informative. I would HIGHLY recommend this tech to anyone, Donnie really knows his stuff! And my A/C was working in minutes!
