Hers and His Plumbing

The representative arrived promptly and was exceptionally courteous. He was in our home for less than 30 minutes with the replacement completed neatly and efficiently.

He refused to climb under the house to see fix water leak that was coming from a damaged copper pipe. He called American Home Shield and said it was coming from an outdoor water faucet that had frozen over the winter - which was not covered by our contract. We still had to pay the $75 service charge. My disabled husband climbed under the house and fixed cooper pipe.

On time, professional, friendly, knowledgeable. Fixed problem, six months less still fixed.

I used them under a home warranty. He was more than punctual; he was early. I called for one particular thing but he checked on everything that I requested in addition to what the original service call was for so he went above and beyond.

I called me warranty company in the morning and in the afternoon, I had a message from Hers and His. They offered to be at my home the next morning at 0800. The guy showed up right on time and was very polite and professional. He was in and out in a little over an hour fixing both toilets!! I was VERY pleased. There was no hidden costs and he had the parts that he needed right in his truck. AWESOME JOB!!!!
