"I went out to give Mrs [Member name removed] a estimate for a few repairs to her gutter system, she was having an overflow problem on front lower gutter and a separation of her back spout to the inground pipe, the front spout was having water come out of the top elbow at the connection and bottom elbows were not installed securely, while at the estimate I removed debris out of the outlet which caused the leaking and overflow and I secured the bottom elbows and set a time for a few days later to come out and change out spout and clean out gutters and fix back spout separation, price was agreed on and we came to do the work, Mrs [Member name removed] son replaced the front pipe so I took off for not having to do the replacement. So we did all work agreed upon, and it was stated she had straw coming out of soffit at front two story, she thought birds were in the gutter, having cleaned gutter we knew this was not the case, so I looked for a opening for birds, at the front gable was a small space where the fascia metal didn't fully cover the length of wood, so I went to my truck and got flashing to cover the open space. We came in under the quoted price that we gave Mrs [Member name removed], even after taking off for the spout. Thanks"
