They are friendly and helpful. They carry a good line of products. They carry coins, they buy them. They have some estate pieces and they buy estate pieces. They go to the jewelry shows and stay on top of things. It is a husband and wife there most of the time, they are the owners. I am sure if you are a good customer they won't charge for an appraisal. I'm not sure about people who just walk in off the street, I really don't know. They didn't charge me. They can refit things and that kind of stuff. My son just had that done on his wife's wedding ring: he got her a new fitting and they reset her diamonds. They will weigh the gold for you, not too many jewelry stores do that when you're buying necklaces and bracelets and stuff like that. They do things by the ounce. So if you wanted to sell something I think that would probably be a good place to sell it to. The service is very good, they are very helpful. The owners are always there, one if not both of them. They are professional.
