First they sent two men out that could not figure out how to take the bed down. They told me they did packing but, did not come with boxes. I could not let them move my furniture because they scratched my head board. I had a house full of furniture left over. They were suppose to be back at the next day 9:30 AM. I could not get a hold of them. By the time I got in touch with them they would not come out until 4:30 PM and if it rained they would not come out at all. Then they told me I would have to pay more money and I told them to forget it! My furniture is very heavy. They sent two men one was tall and one was short and there is no way they could get my furniture out without messing it up. I would never recommend these movers and I will never use them again.

These guys are excellent and they work hard the whole time they are on the job.  Jordan called a few days before to confirm time and to be sure nothing had changed.  The guys performed the work as quickly as they could while being very careful with my furniture.  They put a nick on a piece of furniture and Jordan told me not to worry he would take care of it.  The next day I had a specialist call and he came buy and completely removed the nick.  I have moved several times and these guys were far superior to any I have used before.  I understand why they get such great reviews on Angie's list.  I will never use anyone else.
