Jeff Allen, Got us scheduled quickly and service person arrived on time and was very detailed in assessing the situation and arrived at solutions quickly. He was able to get all services complete due to having professional tools and also being prepared with all of the materials needed to finish the job in one trip. I was very impressed and would only consider Jeff's company "Dryer Vent Wizard of Middle Tennessee" for these services in the future because I can't imagine how anyone else could do better.

Jeff was punctual, responsive, professional, thorough, reasonably priced, knew his craft, and far exceeded our expectations! We asked about the need for a more expensive item and he advised us against it since we didn't need it.
When we realized we needed help with the venting as it had become corroded and was completely disassembled after our attempt to fix it, we found Jeff by an online search. If you need this type of service CALL JEFF!

Went great. He said that I needed a new dryer vent cover as ours was damaged. He said that I could get one at Lowes. I said I would prefer he did it and got it all taken care of. Said just wanted to make sure I knew it would be cheaper at Lowes. Nice person.
