DogHouse was very prompt in the diagnostic stage of my repair and called me the same day with some options and a price quote to repair my laptop. They ordered the part right away, and completed the repair the same day the part arrived at their shop. I hated to pay $225 to fix a broken hinge, but the part itself was $110. I feel DogHouse prices are fair, in comparison with other places, and they really do a great job.

They were able to safely remove the software inhibiting the operation of the computer and restore it as it was. They were friendly, understanding and technically capable. Would for sure return to them for future computer needs.
