Debbie was amazing from the first phone call! She happily showed a home to me on 30 minutes notice to accommodate my schedule without me having yet hired a realtor. I was impressed with her work ethic and enthusiasm and hired her because of her willingness to help.

Debi worked so hard for us, either doing research on different houses and neighborhoods or when we did finally found a house helping us make selections for our new house. Debi Simmons was the best Realtor we could've asked for! Her experience shows and was one of the reasons we chose to work with her. She was super helpful and accessible- answering any and all of our many questions as we navigated the process of buying our first home. She also has worked with families using the VA Loan to purchase a house, so was very knowledgeable in that area and able to answer all of our questions.  I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking to buy a house in the Clarksville area! I would definitely recommend her. She is awesome. We are military so we had to do everything long distance. I would put my life in her hands and that is a lot for me. We've been using her since February. We just got here in June and whenever I need anything I call her. I tell her she is the google of the south because she knows everybody and everything. She has helped us tremendously. If I need a plumber or handyman they have people that they have dealt with that they can refer. My electric bill was crazy and she told me whom to call and she referred a handyman to us. She also helped us with the deposits for our utilities. She is very good for military families that just move into the area that are completely blindsided. She is amazing. I am going to get a t-shirt made for her that say google of the south. We will absolutely use her again and we would recommend her to anybody.
