Description of Work: Mr. Crow has been our piano tuner for several years. He clearly loves what he does. His craftsmanship has kept our 50-year-old piano in excellent condition. After his visit, our piano literally sang his praises. We will continue to use Mr. Crow's services. If anyone has a piano that needs a loving touch, Mr. Crow is the right person to call.

 + -1 moreScheduling the appointment was easy. Mr Crow even gave us a courtesy call the day before the appointment. He was right on time for the appointment and very professional. What I liked the most is the fact that he tuned the piano old style with a tuning fork (something that I had trouble to find in other locations where we lived). To me that is an additional indicator of someone's professional training in the music/instrument business. I was very happy with the service and will definitely use it again next time.
Description of Work: Our upright piano needed to be tuned and one of the keys needed to be fixed.
